It is a place that stole my heart, especially with the opportunities it offers for scuba diving and snorkeling.
Honestly, the “all-inclusive” concept is a blessing for me when traveling with kids. In a place like Hurghada where you can enjoy the sun and the sea to the fullest, not having to worry about where to eat lunch or what to do when the kids get hungry is priceless. Especially when child-friendly resorts offer pools, slides and clubs where little ones can have fun safely, it makes it much easier to enjoy your vacation as a parent. Some of the resorts here offer truly incredible facilities.
That’s why I’ve put together a list of the best kid-friendly all-inclusive resorts in Hurghada where you can have a great time as a family, where every detail has been thought out, where your kids will be over the moon and you can relax and unwind. Pickalbatros Jungle Aqua Park – Neverland Hurghada
The first thing that struck me as soon as I stepped in was the joy and vibrancy that surrounded the place; I felt as if I had entered a separate amusement park. The resort is located in a quieter area, a little outside the city center, but the main attraction is definitely the huge water park and the unlimited entertainment it offers.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable bungalow style, which provides both privacy and comfort for families. All the basic amenities were there, such as basic toiletries and the rooms were air conditioned. It is great that they offer extra space for those staying with children.
The biggest reason to include this resort on my list is of course the aqua park, as the name suggests; with more than 35 slides and pools, it is a dream for kids (and adults!). Evening shows and mini discos are also great opportunities for kids to let off steam. I especially remember the smile on my face when I found that ice cream corner by the pool, aren’t these small and beautiful to experience?
Dana Beach Resort
This is one of the most sprawling resorts in Hurghada; it’s almost like its own little town. With its proximity to the airport and its own lagoon-style beach, it immediately drew me in, and I enjoyed swimming in the calm waters of the lagoon.
The rooms are offered in different categories, you can find large suites for families and interconnecting rooms. The interior decoration is modern and spacious, everything you need in the rooms has been thought of.
The resort is so big that for those who do not want to walk, they put small trains that provide internal transportation, which the children liked very much (mine, of course!). There are multiple main pools, children’s pools, several restaurants and beautifully landscaped gardens; it’s impossible to get bored here. I was especially impressed by the peace I felt while walking along the lagoon at sunset.
Steigenberger Aqua Magic
The energy of this hotel is extremely different and it immediately grabbed me. It’s modern, stylish and at the same time has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Its location close to the city center and the walking path is a great advantage when you want to go out and mingle with the locals.
The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, and the family rooms are very practical. In addition to the standard amenities, small but important details such as a kettle in the rooms have been thought of.
The aqua park is large and has a variety of slides, offering suitable options for both younger and older children. The kids club is very active and organizes interesting activities. I was really happy to see the warm relationship the team had with the children. The hotel also put a pool on the roof for adults only. A great detail for parents to take a breather.
Jaz Aquamarine Resort
The size and variety of this resort’s aqua park can really leave you speechless. It is located in the south of Hurghada and offers a vacation that is all about water fun.
The rooms are modern and comfortable, with spacious rooms and suites catering to the needs of families. Basic amenities such as air conditioning, minibar and safe are standard in every room, and it was a pleasure to sit on the balcony and watch the garden.
The resort offers a huge aqua park as well as many pools, a private beach area and a choice of restaurants. The kids club and playgrounds are also a very well thought out detail. I remember how relaxed I felt after an afternoon spent here, listening to the laughter of the children. It was inevitable that I would add this hotel to my list because of the unique variety it offers for water park-loving families.
Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park
Stimulating children’s imagination with the concept of the Titanic ship, this hotel has a majestic entrance like its name.It is located in the south of Hurghada, spread over a large area and has its own beautiful beach.
The rooms are designed in keeping with this theme and are spacious and bright. The family rooms offer a comfortable stay, with air conditioning, satellite TV and basic toiletries.
If I were to ask myself what is the strongest point of this hotel, I would say the aqua park. The ship themed slides and pools really fascinated the kids. There is also a wave pool and various activity pools, so the water fun was never ending. The energy of the animation team was very high and they constantly strived to entertain the children. I can’t forget their exuberant moments at the mini disco.
Beach Albatros Resort Hurghada
One of Hurghada’s well-established and popular family resorts, albatros immediately grabbed me with its friendly atmosphere. the staff was very polite and friendly. the staff was as good as a hotel can be. Its proximity to the airport and the city center provides great convenience in terms of transportation.
The rooms have a restored vibe, ideal for families. The clean and tidy rooms have the basic amenities you need, and the balconies and terraces (if you are lucky enough to get a room with a terrace) offer nice corners to relax.
The resort has more than one pool, one of which is heated which was great. There is a wide beach, safe for children as the beginning of the sea is shallow. There is also a kids club and mini aqua park here, I felt like every detail was thought of for families to have a comfortable holiday. Especially while sitting on those swings on the beach and watching the sea, I felt a peace of mind.
Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort
Recent renovations have given this hotel a modern and attractive look. Its central location in a lively area is great for families who want to explore the area.
The rooms are really nicely renovated, with modern furnishings and a bright design. Family rooms are very spacious and useful, all rooms have a balcony or terrace.
The resort has its own aqua park with slides for various age groups, which we really liked. There are several different pools and a nice beach area. The restaurant options were varied and tasty; I especially liked the children’s buffet. In the evenings there is live music or shows; it was very enjoyable to watch the children dancing in that enthusiastic atmosphere.
Desert Rose Resort
With its own artificial lagoon, this huge resort is truly one of the most unique experiences in Hurghada. The calm and shallow waters of the lagoon are a great alternative for those who do not want to enter the wavy waters of the Red Sea.
The rooms are spread over different buildings but they are very spacious and comfortable. There are suitable layout options for families and all rooms have standard amenities.
The variety of activities offered by the resort is incredible. Besides the lagoon and the sea, there are many pools, aqua parks, sports facilities and a kids club. Since the area is very large, walking can sometimes be tiring, but the variety it offers is definitely worth this little fatigue. The serenity I felt while sunbathing by the lagoon made me add this place to my list.
Sunrise Garden Beach Resort & Aqua Park
As the name suggests, this resort has both beautiful gardens and a wonderful aqua park. It’s located in a slightly quieter area, but the amenities make you feel like you don’t need to go out much.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a modern decoration. There are ideal room arrangements for families, the rooms have pool or garden views. we preferred the garden.
The resort’s aqua park is a lot of fun and has a variety of slides, great for kids to burn off some energy. There are multiple pool areas, one of which is heated. The kids club is very active and organizes creative activities; I was impressed by the friendly interaction the team had with the children.
Seagull Beach Resort
Located in the heart of Hurghada, in the Sakala area, I think the location is really the highlight of this resort. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes around it. For those who are bored of hanging out in a hotel all day, this hotel can be an ideal option.
The rooms are designed in traditional Egyptian style. Family rooms are spacious enough, basic classic amenities are available in the rooms.
The resort has two different beaches. There are multiple pools, a small aqua park and a kids club. With its central location and basic but adequate child-friendly amenities, it is a good option for families who want to be close to city life. Especially in the evenings, the short walks out of the resort and through the bustling streets of Sakala gave me a different energy.
